Charterboat captain Pete Barker (teen heartthrob Troy Donaghue) chaperones the skin-diving set in the Caribbean by day and watusis with them at night. But the presence of a particular set of skin-divers interferes with the plans of secret agent Colonel Ludeker (Albert Dekker) to blow up a warship on which a summit meeting is taking place.
Ludeker is busy planting magnetic mines on the ocean floor near where the ship will be anchored, and only young American girl Jill Parsons (Andrea Dromm) and her security bosses can prevent the holocaust.
The plan is for Jill, posing as a skin diver, to join the group of beauties currently under Pete’s care. In spite of Ludeker’s henchmen and Pete’s romantic overtures, Jill manages to put the kibosh on the conspiracy.
Jordan Kelin’s underwater photography is one of the plus points in this otherwise weak film, which was produced by Paul M Heller and directed by Marshall Stone.
