Not looking a day older since the end of World War II, the evil and insatiable Ilsa (Dyanne Thorne) now works in the Middle East for Arab sheikh El Sharif (Jerry Delony using the name Victor Alexander) who enjoys importing females to use as sex slaves.
The latest shipment of kidnapped women who will be broken down into compliance includes the daughter of a millionaire American businessman Nora Edward (Colleen Brennan), actress Inga Lindström (Uschi Digard) and equestrian champion Alina Cordova (Haji).
Ilsa is aided by her two vicious – and usually topless – black lesbian assistants, Satin (Tanya Boyd) and Velvet (Marilyn Joi).
Meanwhile, an American intelligence agent named Adam Scott (Max Thayer) infiltrates El Sharif’s kingdom and Ilsa finds herself falling for him, knowing full well that he is the enemy.
As is the norm with 1970s sexploitation films, there is a great deal of sex and sadism; Beggars are flogged and set on fire, teeth are chiselled out (to enhance sexual performance), testicles are torn off by hand, eyeballs are removed, breast are crushed, feet are eaten away by flesh-eating ants, and an IUD explosive is placed inside a woman that is triggered by deep penetration.
The dialogue is sleazy, the action is over the top, and the gore and depraved misogyny – while lighter than the first movie – is still nasty.
