    Where the Bullets Fly (1966)

This bargain-basement spoof of the Bond films starred Tom Adams as secret agent  Charles Vine, and Michael Ripper as the main bad guy, Mr Angel.

British scientists have developed a new nuclear-powered aircraft using a lightweight metal called ‘Spurium’. Mr Angel and his villainous crew are out to steal a sample to sell to the Russians but Agent Vine is not about to let them.

Dawn Addams, top-billed with Adams, appears late and all-too-too briefly. Sid James agreed to play a minor role (a mortuary attendant) in exchange for a case of good whisky.

A number of scenes were shot at RAF Biggin Hill with the assistance of the Royal Air Force.

The title song was sung by Susan Maughan.
