Tiffany Jones (1973)

The character of model Tiffany Jones originally appeared as a cartoon strip in the Daily Sketch and Daily Mail, written by two female journalists.

Here, Tiffany – who is effortlessly sexy and happy to get undressed at the drop of a hat – is played by the gorgeous Anouska Hempel.

President Boris Jabal (Eric Pohlmann), the new dictator of the (fictional) Eastern European state of Zirdana, falls in love with Tiffany after seeing her topless and selects her to promote tourism to Zirdana.

She gets caught up in the political turmoil of the small country, being kidnapped by UK members of the revolutionary group and becoming involved with the well-meaning deposed Prince Salvator (Damien Thomas) who was ousted during the military coup in Zirdana.

Seeing the state of Zirdana in such a mess, Tiffany resolves to get the cross-dressing prince back to his country and bring Zirdana back to its former glory – all while finding multiple opportunities to show off her finer points: In the bath, in the shower, even while she’s being interrogated and threatened with torture.

Anouska Hempel later bought the copyright for the film in an effort to prevent it ever being re-released or distributed again.
