Dr Robert Todd (Christopher Mitchell) is approached by Dr Annabel Leith (Julia Goodman), who is working on an artificial insemination research project, and is persuaded to take part on the strength of his exceptional qualities as a donor when he was a medical student (he fathered 837 children, all with high IQs).

The project backfires when the press discovers his ability.
