Suburbia (1983)

A group of alienated teenagers and twentysomethings calling themselves “The Rejected”  (or T.R’s) form a new home for themselves in a squat in a run-down house by the Interstate 605 freeway in San Gabriel, California. The leader of the T.R.’s is Jack Diddley (Chris Pedersen).

Evan Johnson (Bill Coyne) runs away from home and is “found” by Jack, passed out after a punk concert.

He joins the T.R’s who busy themselves with stealing food from people’s houses, spray painting shops and just generally being dicks to everyone.

Future Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea appears as Razzle.

The acting is uniformly terrible (with the exception of Chris Pedersen and Bill Coyne, the kids in the movie were not professional actors) and the depiction of punk, laughable.
