This sequel to Salt and Pepper (1968) has middle-aged swingers Charles Salt (Sammy Davis Jr) and Christopher Pepper (Peter Lawford) falling on financial hard times with their London nightclub and having to approach Pepper’s snooty identical twin brother, Lord Sydney Pepper (also played by Lawford,) for money.
Lord Sydney owns a castle, but it also turns out he is a double agent and diamond smuggler.
When Lord Sydney is murdered, Christopher takes his brother’s place.
The plot is ridiculous, though Davis does sing a few tunes but spends much of the movie channelling Jerry Lewis (who directed).
Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee appear in brief cameos as Baron Frankenstein and Count Dracula when Davis finds a secret panel in the castle that leads down to a laboratory.
