A crew of white Vietnam veterans pose as black men by wearing sophisticated Mission: Impossible-style masks to rip off money and drugs from a Mob-owned casino using their combat skills. A racial gang war results.
The leader of the vets is their one-armed, scar-faced former lieutenant, who talks with a voicebox.
Sergeant Stangman (Stafford Morgan) has connections to the Mafia and is forced to broker a drug deal with the boys in the hood.
Thinking he’s pulled one off for the police force, he is taken out by a Mafia sniper, at which point all hell breaks loose.
The cars, clothes, moustaches and hairstyles are pure 70s but there is virtually no plot or motivation – just a bunch of scenes of slaughter. The production values are cheaper than cheap and the storytelling is so sloppy that it’s never clear which character is supposed to be the protagonist.
