Don and The Goodtimes emerged from the Pacific Northwest and were spotted by Dick Clark who made them regulars on Where The Action Is where the group attracted millions of fans.
Their first national single for Epic, I Could Be So Good To You, rocketed up the US charts.
Former Kingsmen keyboardist Li’l Don Gallucci had been a child prodigy on the piano before he formed the group in Portland, Oregon, with drummer Bobby Holden after the pair had spent time with several other Portland bands. Don also served as the group’s musical arranger.
