Succeeding shows included “The Man Who Came To Dinner” with Monty Wooley (reprising the role he played on Broadway), Merle Oberon and Bert Lahr; “Panama Hattie” with Ethel Merman and Art Carney; “The Guardsman” with Claudette Colbert and Franchot Tone, and “The Philadelphia Story” with Dorothy McGuire.
The series ended on 4 May 1955 with “Broadway” starring Joseph Cotten
