This hour-long late-night variety show was produced by ATV and aired on Sunday nights.

Engelbert Humperdinck was joined by British and American guests including Paul Anka, Phil Silvers, Don Knotts, Millicent Martin, Milton Berle, Gina Lollobrigida, Jack Jones, Jack Benny, Shirley Bassey, Liberace, Ray Charles, Jerry Lewis, Vince Edwards, Lou Rawls and Tony Bennett.

Regulars each week included the Mike Sammes Singers and the Irving Davies Dancers, with music from Jack Parnell and his band. The show was announced each week by the voice of actor Ed Bishop (Commander Straker from UFO).

He returned to television in 1972 with Engelbert with the Young Generation for the BBC.
