Presented as a cross between Blue Peter and Tomorrow’s World,  this Tuesday afternoon children’s magazine programme was produced at the BBC studios in Bristol and presented initially by Jeremy Carrad and John Earle.

Subsequent presenters included Norman Tozer (1968), Janet Kelly (1968), future BBC TV newsreader Jan Leeming (1970, pictured above) and Michele Brown (who later married Gyles Brandreth).

Motorsport was featured regularly and the series also boasted its own slot-car racetrack in the studio.

The last episode was broadcast on 4 November 1970.

In April 2017, John Earle, aged 87, was sentenced to four years in prison for sexual abuse of a minor during the late 1950s and early 1960s at Upcott House Preparatory School in Okehampton.
