Parsley is a small very friendly lion who lives in an old deserted herb garden. This is how he came to be called ‘Parsley’ for both his mane and tail are made of the best parsley leaves.
Joining him on his adventures were Dill the Dog and Constable Knapweed.
The Adventures of Parsley was FilmFair’s stop-motion animated follow-up to The Herbs (1968) and enjoyed seven consecutive years of repeats until it was finally dropped from schedules in the late 1970s.
