Debuting on BBC2 at 9.55 pm on Friday 19 March 1976, this six-part comedy revue series took a light-hearted look at the relationship and differences between men and women.
Weighing in for the men were Ralph Watson, Derek Griffiths and James Smillie, with Judith Arthy, Julia McKenzie and Jacqueline Clarke representing the fairer sex, finding fresh gags in a faded conflict.
Derek Griffiths stole the show with excellent delivery of his lines, some pleasing singing and charisma to spare, but he was well-supported by the rest of the sextet.
Unfortunately, the material was mostly end-of-the-pier stuff (although apparently requiring five writers!) and included all the obligatory sexual innuendo.
