Eight years before he began stealing hearts on General Hospital, teen heartthrob Rick Springfield voiced an animated version of himself on this ABC Saturday-morning cartoon which ran from 1973 to 1974.
In the show, witchy teacher Miss Tickle and Tut Tut her magic cat regularly took the student members of her Adventurers Club through a magic door she drew on the blackboard.
Rick and his owl(!) then guided them on their adventures. He also penned and performed original songs for the show.
Potentially one of the most forgettable shows of the 1970’s.
