    8 x 30 minute episodes

This short-lived Australian comedy series from ATV-0 was set in Parliament House in Canberra and starred former Number 96 star Pat McDonald and Sue Jones as the titular tea ladies.

Produced in Melbourne, the series was written by British comedy heavyweights Ray Galton and Johnny Speight with additional topical local material provided by Australian writers.

A pilot episode was made of a British version of the series – set in the House of Commons – with Mollie Sugden, Dandy Nichols and Patricia Hayes. The pilot aired on BBC1 on 4 January 1979 but the planned series never eventuated.
