This Channel 4 sitcom starred Paula Wilcox as Cynthia Bright, a young sweet-tempered suburban housewife who is learning to cope with life while her inoffensive first-offender philatelist husband, Lionel (Paul Copley) is locked up for four years in an open prison.
Ex-Coronation Street stalwart Geoffrey Hughes played a mild-mannered and kindly prison warden who is driven to distraction by the scatty Mrs Bright, who finds solace in her goldfish.
Viewers were unimpressed and the series was cancelled after just six episodes.
