Australia’s Channel Nine aired this hour-long daily magazine-style show for children, presented by Rob (Robin Roenfeldt) and Jo (Joanna Moore). The human hosts were accompanied by puppet co-hosts Winky Dink (a puppet duck voiced by actress Wendy Patching) or Frank Duck (voiced by actor Maurie Annese).
Regular reporters included Tammy Macintosh, Narelle Higson, Vicki Radenge, Stephanie Raethal and Mark Fantasia.
Produced at NWS-9 in Adelaide and broadcast nationwide, the show incorporated educational bits with half-hour segments, including The Curiosity Show, Supergranand high-quality dramatic stories suited for children such as Nobody’s House.
The producer, Patrick Taggart, was a veteran of 14 years at the BBC in Britain.
