Bubbly and energetic Cheryl showed the studio audience and the kids at home how to make simple easy-to-copy recipes and introduced filmed segments of visits to food-related sites of interest such as a transport cafe, a Dutch cheese farm, a Jewish bakery, Billingsgate fish market, a tapas bar, the kitchens at the Ritz, a Swiss chocolate factory, and a pie and mash shop in London where she used to work.
There were also appearances in the studio from pop bands who mimed for the studio audience.
