This ABC cartoon was an extension series based on the long-running hit sitcom Happy Days.
When Cup Cake, a girl from the 25th-century lands in Milwaukee in 1957, she befriends the main characters from Happy Days (Fonzie, Richie and Ralph) and takes them aboard her slightly defective time machine (along with Fonzie’s dog, Mr Cool).
During a demonstration, the time machine malfunctions and they become lost in time.
Stories depict their adventures as they struggle to find their way back to 1957 Milwaukee.
Fonzie and his dog later reappeared in the animated Laverne and Shirleyseries.
