Calling itself “TV’s first video arcade game show,” this syndicated half-hour series was hosted for the first 23 shows by Mark Richards and then by veteran game show host Geoff Edwards.
Each week two youngsters (or, occasionally, two parent-child teams) answered questions and competed at various arcade games – such as Asteroids, Galaxian, Pacman, Q*Bert, Xevious and Zaxxon – to win prizes such as home computers or the games themselves.
The show also featured brand-new arcade games, which were being introduced to the public for the first time.
