In the small Southern US town of Nobs Hollow, redneck diner owner Lance (Blake Adams, billed here as Blake Bailey) is having an affair with Loretta (ex-porn star Jacqueline Lovell), the wife of psycho biker Howard (Gordon Jennison).
On the edge of town, Lance discovers the Stackpool family – a family of oddballs controlled telepathically by their brother, Myron (J.W. Perra), who is little more than a giant wheelchair-bound head but possessed of an infinite intellect.
Each family member has a supernatural talent: bug-eyed Wheeler (James Jones) has greatly enhanced senses of smell, hearing, and sight; over-sized manchild Otis (Bob Schott) has the strength of ten men, and buxom Ernestina (Alexandria Quinn, billed as Dianne Colazzo) has some unique physical talents of a sexual nature.
Discovering that the Stackpools are capturing and surgically experimenting on the local townspeople, Lance blackmails them into killing Loretta’s abusive husband – which they do. Unfortunately, he greedily continues to blackmail the family for money until the head devises a plan to dispose of him.
This is cheesy sleazy B-movie trash at its best.
