“Right answers win letters. Letters build words. Words win cash (and cars)”

This word-based quiz show was produced by Associated-Rediffusion and hosted by Canadian “King of Quiz” Roy Ward Dickson assisted by his wife Shirley (in the first series) and Gaynor Jones (in the second series).

The basic idea was to answer a general knowledge question and then pick a letter to complete a word and win up to £125.

There was also a “Money Pot” of coins that the contestant could dip into and win all they could hold.
