Ricky Fuller (Ricky Shayne) is a mod guitar player in Liverpool and the son of wealthy businessman Robert Fuller (Joachim Fuchsberger).
Ricky’s girlfriend is killed in a rumble with some rockers, so he flees to London, then Paris, and ends up in decadent Rome, where he becomes involved with the sister of his father’s mistress.
This Italian/German colour film wasn’t released in the US until 1968 when mods and rockers were either unknown or forgotten.
