An unofficial US government agency, Espionage Inc, is assigned to investigate a Chinese communist organisation called The Dragons who are attempting to import the materials to make an atomic bomb.
Agency chief Mr Kane (Donald Woods) assigns his best agent Justin Power (Jeffrey Hunter) – who is testing a time travel belt – to be in charge of the mission, assisted by Chinese-American female agent Ki Ti Tso (France Nuyen, wife of I Spy’s Robert Culp) – also known as Kitty.
The bomb parts are being imported by a wheelchair-bound smuggler known as Big Buddha (played by Goldfinger’s Oddjob himself, Harold Sakata, with his voice dubbed by Paul Frees)
Little use is made of the Time Belt, Hunter’s character is arrogant and stupid, and he has zero chemistry with his female co-star.
