This very watchable British sex comedy from the 1970s has a professor (George Baker) dividing his young and nubile university students into male/female pairs so that each can learn about the sexual fantasies of the other and write a thesis on the subject over their holiday break.
Most of the sexual fantasies tend to be simply imagining girl-next-door types naked, although there is a nice lesbian interlude (shot in slow-motion) between softcore starlets Heather Deeley and Suzy Mandel, and Felicity Devonshire imagines herself being ravaged by Zulus!
Other characters are introduced later, with a chap imagining he’s a jockey riding an obese woman around, a man in a suit and tie imagining his secretary (Monika Ringwald) with fewer and fewer clothes on, and cleaning lady Beryl (Joyce Blair) dreaming herself the object of male affections in a Hollywood musical number.
Ian Hendry has a cameo as a snooker player who fantasises that his niece (Anna Bergman, daughter of Ingmar Bergman) is playing against him naked.
The lecherous over-sexed prof starts imagining his female students naked and eventually loses his marbles, making a lustful attempt to rip off Heather Deeley’s clothes. The final shot shows him being put into an ambulance while foaming at the mouth.
