Following her extremely popular appearances on That Was The Week That Was, ATV offered Millicent Martin her own night variety show, debuting on 12 June 1964.
The show ran for six episodes and returned in 1965 for another six episodes and again in 1966 for a final six – with the title shortened to simply Millicent for the final series.
Regular performers included Peter Gordeno, The Jack Parnell Band, and dancers Raymond Dalziel, Fred Evans, Neil Fitzwilliam, Norman Furber, Ian Garry, David Moffat, Fred Peters, Ian Kaye, David Kerr, Geoffrey L’Cise, Vince Logan, Audrey Bayley, Hedy Lowe, Judie Mant, Paula Perrine, Keith Galloway, Johnny Greenland, Roy Gunson and David Hepburn.
Millicent’s guests included Roy Castle, Kenneth Cope, The Beverley Twins, Ron Moody, Roger Moore, Patrick Wymark, Jack Douglas, Cleo Laine, Lance Percival, Dickie Henderson and Henry McGee.
