The Beezer was published by DC Thomson between 21 January 1956 and 21 August 1993 (when it unofficially ‘merged’ with The Beano).

- The Hillys and the Billys – two feuding hillbilly families
- Little Mo – a mischievous tomboy
- The Numskulls – tiny people living inside a head, each working in their own department: brain, eyes, nose, ears, and mouth. Moved to The Beano
- Our Sheriff’s An Ape – Coyote Creek is a town with two sheriffs: a human called Danny Blain and an ape named Charlie
- Pogo Pete
- Pop, Dick and Harry – an early cover story about twins trying to outsmart their father
- Smiffy – a boy who liked getting dirty
- Tuff and Tiny – a young caveboy and his cowardly pet dragon
- Wrinkle and Twinkle
- Young Sid The Copper’s Kid – a young lad called Sid and his dad PC 99
Comics that merged with The Beezer included Cracker (1976), Plug (1979) and The Topper (1990).
