This weekly half-hour film magazine series from Granada TV shuffled between clips of new releases, star interviews, and retrospective segments.
The original presenter was Bamber Gascoigne (of University Challenge), followed in succession by Derek Granger, Michael Scott, Mark Shivas, Michael Parkinson, Clive James and Brian Trueman.
Granada later introduced the junior-slanted Clapperboard (1972 – 1982) with Chris Kelly as the host.
