Larry (Donald Hewlett) and Jane (Christine Pollon) Haines go on a holiday trip to Paris and meet some very sinister characters aboard the Channel steamer. Larry hears that a man has died, and his name appears to be . . . Larry Haines.
Once in Paris, Larry and his family find themselves up to their eyes in trouble. The police suspect Larry may be involved in a murder case.
And when an old friend turns up who can clear Larry, things go from bad to worse.
As the net closes on the killer, there is a last-minute surprise – the murderer is murdered. And the crooks are now after Larry because they think he knows too much.
Larry Haines and friends had previously appeared in Dead Giveaway(1957), also written by Peter Ling.
