This short-lived NBC summer replacement series debuted on 3 July 1950 and ran until 11 September.

Yiddish comic Menasha Skulnik was known for his unusual gait (he had a hop in his walk), and he began each episode of this series singing Oh, What a Beautiful Morning from Oklahoma.

Unfortunately, his beautiful morning always went awry with situations at his place of employment.

Menasha was the manager of a rundown restaurant, owned by the very tall, very bossy, very pushy Mrs Davis (Jean Cleveland, then Zamah Cunningham).
