Leonard Rossiter played seedy wrestling manager Sydney Foskett who suddenly needs to find a new fighter to promote when “The Butcher” (Paul Luty) seriously injures himself when practising how to lose an upcoming bout.
Then he discovers slow-witted Nigel (Alfred Molina) – alias “The Pitiful Orlando” – who is the perfect loser, and Foskett realises he’s on to a winner.
