    1 9 8 7 – 1 9 9 7 (Germany)

plonsters03Germany had its own claymation series featuring blue, green and orange plasticine monsters known as ‘Plonsters’.

Similar to Red And Blue, the show featured coloured blobs antagonising each other but it also dealt with relatable issues, like what to do when your nose turns into a trumpet.

The characters mostly reconciled at the end of each episode with the show serving as a reminder that treating someone poorly based on their colour is unacceptable.
