Scottish dynamo Marie McDonald McLaughlin Lawrie – aka Lulu – bounced back onto British television screens on Saturday 11 July 1970, in this BBC1 variety series – her third series for BBC television.
Lulu was accompanied by the Alyn Ainsworth Orchestra and dancers, the Dougie Squires Dozen.
Since her last BBC series – Happening For Lulu (1969) – she had gone on to share first place in the Eurovision Song Contest.
