Thames Television presented this six-part series of comedy sketches and songs each Wednesday evening at 8.30 pm in July and August 1985.
The regular team comprised Derek Griffiths, Aiden J Harvey, Debbie Arnold, Derek Waring and Tony Barton.
Other actors and comedians joined them for one-off appearances, including Bernie Winters, Faith Brown, Cherry Gillespie, Hale and Pace and Rosemarie Ford.
The series was written by Eddie Braben (the comedy genius behind Morecambe and Wise), with additional material by Jackie Lynton and American Dick Vosburgh.
Unfortunately, the material wasn’t very good and Derek Griffiths’ considerable talents were largely wasted here.
