This short-lived sitcom focused on the world of music publishing in the Tin Pan Alley era.

Leo DeLyon and Bob Haymes worked for the Broadway Music Publishing Company at a time when singers went directly to publishers for new material.

The music and the comedy on the show were very Vaudevillian. Some old-time Vaudevillian performers visited the offices and there was quite a bit of singing in each episode.

The secretary was an up-and-coming young actress named Dorothy Loudon,

Episodes were broadcast live from the old Adelphi Theater at 152 West 54th Street in New York City.
